Honoring Women’s Equality Day 2023

The Women’s Inspiration Network (WIN) employee resource group at National Express hosted a virtual celebration on August 25, 2023 to mark the importance of Women’s Equality Day, which commemorates the 19th amendment in 1920 granting women the right to vote in the U.S.
As a proud, diverse, and inclusive employer of choice, we’re happy to recognize and celebrate our women leaders and allies throughout our organization.
WIN hosted a trivia game and and roundtable to discuss historical triumphs, including the Voting Rights Act in 1965 granting African American and minority women the right to vote by prohibiting discriminatory practices based on race, color or minority group. The WIN celebration was an excellent opportunity for team members to come together to support one another and discuss opportunities to continue driving equality in the transportation industry.
